Please note that the phrase ‘In Stock’, as seen on the product page, can either mean that the item is fully created and ready for shipment ór that the materials for creating this item are in stock but the item is yet to be created, which is the case for the majority of items. Not creating all items in advance means that I can still offer to create an item with your choice of size, colour and the band/musician that donated the (bass) guitar strings & cymbals. You may make your wishes knows by contacting me before you make your purchase or fill out the ‘order notes’ at the check out page or your order.
The production time of our jewelry will vary per item. A collection item that is in stock will most likely be shipped within 7 workdays, after receiving payment, with the exception of my jewelry studio being closed due to the holidays. If so then you will be notified of this on the check out page.
A collection item that still needs to be created/modified/amended may take longer. The aim is to complete the full creation process within 2 weeks. Once the order is sent the customer will be updated through automatic email.
Orders containing items that are already created ánd items that are yet to be created/modified/amended will be made ready for shipment once all jewelry items are created. These order will not be shipped in separate batches unless requested and paid for by the customer.
Please note that the production period does not include in the shipping time.

All jewelry is carefully packed in tissue paper and recycled bubble wrap, recycled styrofoam chips and/or shredded paper.
The letterbox packages and boxes used do not carry any logo or other embellishment that might give away the content to avoid theft. When your order has been shipped our webshop will automatically update you per email.
The shipment company used is PostNL. Within the Netherlands this means that your parcel will be dealt with by PostNL solely. For European and Worldwide orders this means that your parcel will be dealt with by PostNL and the partners that they have chosen to work with in your continent and country.

Please note Precious Metal Jewelry is not responsible for any delays, damages or loss once the parcel has been handed over to PostNL. I will however do my utmost best to have PostNL refund your order in case of damage or loss.

Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements.
If for any reason you are not happy with the jewelry you have received then feel free to contact me about a return option within 2 weeks after you’ve received your parcel. If your wish to return the jewelry is reasonable then we will start the process.
A refund of the purchase amount, will be sent to you within 14 days after receiving the item return.
